maxisys problems after update

Hi folks I have recently updated my maxisys but now it won't let me do a thing if I try to open Bmw it says software not supported. Then if I click on update it just returns to home page. Can anyone help me or is anyone else having this problem. -

Welcome on board, here what i would do. Do a factory reset , and download those files again . As far i know u can't get the old files back. Simply because it overwrite by the new files. Launch Pad i've used it , it keep both version and both still selectable. On the other hand Autel work differently. -

Maybe there are some files missing when your last updating. Please redownload BMW to have a try.
